ARRIVAL IN ANTALYA
Passport and visa
Passengers should check the validity of their travel documents in advance and find out if they need an entry visa to Turkey. Passports must be valid at least until the end of the stay.
To facilitate visa procedures for citizens of countries subject to the visa regime, there are visa counters in the arrival hall before passport verification.

Baggage claim
After checking the passport, passengers go to the baggage claim hall. Here you can take free luggage carts.
Airlines and their ground companies are responsible for baggage handling and delivery at Antalya Airport. For further assistance, please contact the relevant airline.
Customs
After checking the passport and returning the luggage, passengers must go through customs. If they have nothing to declare, they can use the green zone without any further verification.
Passengers who have goods subject to customs procedures must pass through a red customs checkpoint. Customs officers will provide the necessary assistance when declaring goods.
Duty-free goods that cannot pass through customs, prohibited or prohibited items (weapons, ammunition, drugs or protected animal species) must be declared.

Has your flight been cancelled or seriously delayed?
The Airline is responsible for providing information in such cases of inconvenience. By law, they are required to inform you of your rights and explain how and where you can file a complaint.
Ask for information at the airline or tour operator’s desk, especially regarding compensation and assistance.

Traveling with children
Are you traveling with the whole family?
Antalya Airport and airlines offer a variety of services to make your journey as easy as possible.
There are playgrounds for children in international terminals 1 and 2, and the terminals are also equipped with comfortable rooms for changing children.
There are many activities for children at the airport. Many of the shops offer colorful toys, and some restaurants offer special dishes for younger guests.
DEPARTURE FROM ANTALYA
The airport has everything to make your departure as easy as possible. Here are some preparation tips that will make your stay at the airport even more comfortable:
- keep all the necessary documents with you: your ticket, valid passport, visa, if necessary, and other travel documents;
- check the contents of your luggage taking into account the permitted size and weight, as airlines apply strict controls (read your airline’s safety rules and our safety tips);
- check your insurance;
Disembarkation of passengers
You can drop off passengers at the departure levels of all terminals. Due to security restrictions, you should not leave your car and should not stop for more than 2 minutes in such areas.
You can also take advantage of the parking offered at the airport and accompany your family and friends to the terminal. In addition, restaurants and shops offer you a pleasant time.
Check-in for the flight
The check-in area is located on the ground floor of the airport. You can find the check-in desk by looking at the flight number on the monitors. It is recommended to check in at least 2-3 hours before your flight departure.
Registration procedures
The check-in staff will ask for your ticket and passport, then your luggage is weighed, checked and automatically delivered to the plane. You will receive a boarding pass indicating the boarding gate and reserved seats. From here you pass to the security control and the boarding gate area.
Baggage and Security information
Antalya Airport always complies with the rules of NCASR (National Civil Aviation Safety Regulations), ECAC (European Civil Aviation Conference) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), representing national and international legislation, to ensure the safety of passengers at our Airport.
For this reason, in order to ensure the safety of the terminal and the safety of flights, find in this link the «List of prohibited items» that people are prohibited from carrying with them at terminals and in hand luggage (hand luggage), taking into account national and international legislation; We would like to inform you that they will be confiscated if they are found at checkpoints and that «hand luggage» and «checked baggage» are prepared accordingly.

Lost and Found
Did you lose something at the airport? The lost and Found office of the airport will be happy to help you find the missing items.
If you think that you have left your goods in front of any terminal, in the parking lot, in the check-in area, in the boarding gate area or at the terminal entry points (except for flight), contact the Lost & Found office in the terminal.
If you forgot or lost your belongings during the flight or on the baggage claim carousel found in the baggage claim area, if your luggage turns out to be damaged or missing, contact the search and delivery department of Ground Services, which provides services to your airline.

Procedures and restrictions for traveling with pets vary depending on the airline. Therefore, it is recommended to ask your airline for information about restrictions and necessary documentation if you plan to travel with your pet.
Boarding gates
The terminals are characterized by the concept of open gates, which means that security control has been centralized at Antalya Airport. After passing the security check, passengers reach the boarding waiting area, where there are several eateries and duty-free shops.
